To ensure that our products are delivered safely, accurately, and in a timely manner, Inashiro has established the following Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1. Order Confirmation Process

After you place an order or submit an inquiry through https://inashiro.vn, your information will be recorded and forwarded to the appropriate department for processing.

An Inashiro representative will contact you to confirm the following information:

  • Ordered product(s) and quantity;
  • Recipient’s information;
  • Contact phone number;
  • Delivery address;
  • Preferred delivery method (if applicable).

Your order will be processed once all necessary information has been confirmed.

2. Delivery Time and Shipping Methods

Once your order has been confirmed, Inashiro will carefully prepare the shipment and hand it over to the designated shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Ho Chi Minh City: 1–2 business days.
  • Other provinces and cities: 2–4 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are calculated in business days and exclude Sundays and public holidays.
  • Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, natural disasters, traffic disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Should any delay occur, Inashiro will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.

3. Delivery via Freight Forwarding Service

For orders shipped to other provinces via a freight forwarding service, Inashiro will:

  • Deliver the shipment to a suitable freight forwarding company or to the carrier designated by the customer, where applicable.
  • Provide the necessary shipping information to facilitate shipment tracking and collection.

Once the shipment arrives at the designated freight terminal, the freight carrier will contact the customer to arrange collection. Customers are kindly requested to keep their phone available during the expected delivery period.

4. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the external condition of the package before accepting delivery.

If you discover any damage, missing items, incorrect products, or other irregularities, please:

  • Refuse acceptance of the shipment if necessary;
  • Take clear photographs of the package and the product(s);
  • Contact Inashiro immediately so that we can provide prompt assistance.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be confirmed during the order confirmation process or applied in accordance with any shipping promotions or support programs offered by Inashiro from time to time.
